Normally iPhone keyboard does not have the tab key, which is often used for the writer to indent their paragraph, but now we have a tweak to full fill that need by installing "NotesTab" Application from Cydia.
Just goto Cydia and install NotesTab.
After that you will find the tab key in your note application as this :
