Safe mode loop issue

Have you ever ended up with a safe mode loop issue ? the problem is that you just can't get out of the safe mode
the device always respring and get your iphone into safe mode state again and again it doesn't matter how many times you try to Restart


Basically this issue happends right after you installed any apps from cydia which breakdown the mobile substrate(springboard framework)
Actually there is only one solution for this issue, go to cydia and uninstall the latest app that you have just installed. if you can not uninstall it from Cydia then try to uninstall it manually by follow this tutorial
